Our Lady of Sudbury
Set in the peaceful market town of Sudbury in Suffolk, UK, the church of Our Lady and St John the Evangelist is the home of the Shrine of Our Lady of Sudbury. The shrine dates back to the 14th century when it was in St Gregory's church, it was destroyed in 1537 and restored in the Catholic church in 1937. Individual pilgrims and groups are welcome throughout the year. Mass is said daily and there are Shrine Devotions every Saturday after the 10am Mass. NB the first Saturday of the month is a day of recollection, Mass and Angelus is at 12noon and the Rosary is said at 2pm.
